Jose Soto
Executive Director, Interim
Jose is experienced in domestic and international higher education, program coordination, and non-profit operational support, strategic planning, and project development. He holds a BA in International Relations & Affairs from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Jose is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Mandarine Chinese.
Michele Joseph, MBA
CEO
Michele Joseph attained her MBA in strategy and marketing from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and her BSc in Biology/Environmental Sciences from Catholic University of America. She taught marketing, public relations, and entrepreneurship to high school, undergraduates and graduate students. At present, she is pursuing her certificate as a Design Thinking facilitator. She has over 15 years of strategy, marketing and branding experience in the public and private sectors. Climate Change Professional certification pending. She resides in Silver Spring, MD.
Ting Huang
Program Lead
Ting Huang attained her BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and worked as a research fellow. She focused on online learning and student satisfaction during COVID-19. She is currently a graduate student at Towson University. Ms. Huang is the Program Lead and facilitator for our THINK DESIGN Workshops. She resides in Towson, Maryland.
Jung Hae Chae, MA, MFA
Grant Advisor
Jung has held various development positions including those at Seton Hall University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, the Jersey City Museum and the Jewish Museum in New York City. She obtained her B.S. from Rutgers, M.A. from NYU, and M.F.A. from Southern Illinois University.

Lauren teaches global studies at John Hopkins University. She attained her doctorate in education. In addition, she has worked with Congress and Amnesty International. Lauren is gender fluid and has authored several books on global education. She resides in Maryland with her family.
