Sustainability Challenge Workshops 2023 – (virtual)
March 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023
Sustainability Challenge – school groups will
identify and design the best net zero carbon solutions
for either transportation, food waste or solar energy arrays for a
real-world high school.
Up to 250 high school students collaborate in virtual break-out rooms
to determine the best net zero carbon solutions for a real-world school,
Students present their ideas and rationale to Subject Matter Experts (SME).
SME determine winners who receive prizes.
Students must participate as a class, club or youth group in pre-workshop
virtual clinics over 7 weeks to prepare for the workshop. Clinics (of up to 25 students each)
are facilitated by our Climate Coaches.
