Sustainability Challenge Workshop 2023 (in-person)
January 20, 2023
Sustainability Challenge – mixed school groups will
identify and design the best zero carbon solutions
for either transportation, food waste or solar energy arrays for a
real-world high school.

Up to 150 high school students converge at CUA for a 1 day workshop on climate action.
Students calculate net zero carbon for a fictitious high school using real-world data.
Highlighted teams will present at MCPS Climate Summit 2023 and GEM SCoPA 2023.
